Background information on this special collaborative piece

Angela  thought it would be fun to work on a collaborative piece fusing all the different art mediums from herself Eggpicnic &  Fiona Roderick.

Fiona created the urban street scene, then Angela added her photographic birds plus some apartment detailing. It was then passed back to Fiona who added more birds, then to Camila (Eggpicnic) who added their signature hoardings. We felt something was missing so Fiona cleverly added the crane.
We then had to think up a title, after bouncing off names that conjured up birds in the city, we settled on Birdtown.
20% of profits from this reproduction print (the original collage sold at our recent Bird Week exhibition) will be going to BirdLife Australia

The paper is more resistant to fading and yellowing.
