Delivery

 

We ship all of our products within 5-7 business days with Australia Post using Express Post for domestic orders. Once orders are shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number so you can trace it all the way to your front door. Express delivery times to addresses within Australia normally take between 2-5 business days to arrive.

A2 and above sized prints are shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.

Small prints are shipped flat in hard mailers.

 

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of angelarobertsonbuchanan.com.

 

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

 

All products are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order. If any products ordered and paid for cannot be shipped within a reasonable time we will happily give you a full refund (at our sole discretion or where Australian statute provides).
