This image is inspired from the 2022 Bird Week Australia Exhibition “Change”, Where Angela explores how nature is an inherent part of our existence.

We have become separated from nature, we need to re-learn that we and all of the creatures  are all part of the one earth we will ever know.

Over 6 weeks Angela travelled to Canberra and spent time in the field observing, listening and photographing the now endangered Gang-Gang.
Guided by a citizen scientist who has a team monitoring the small population and their nesting tree hollows.

The collection explores relationships, off-spring & competition for tree hollows.

This image captures the monogamous and endearing relationships Australian parrots form.

They pair for life (unless a tragedy happens)

Above sizes printed on Chromajet photo silk paper:

Photo Silk 285 is a super white smooth paper and has the look and feel of a traditional silver halide photo paper because of its true photographic resin coated substrate base.  The paper is specifically designed for high quality professional photographic output. Has an increased colour gamut, deeper black density and improved scuff resistance. The paper is more resistant to fading and yellowing.

Framing is not included in price, but custom framing available, please request a quote.
