Get up close and personal with free roaming kangaroos & emus, Parma wallabies, a Red-tailed Black cockatoo, Tawny frogmouth, Bush-stone curlew and an array of interesting reptiles. All in the name of supporting wildlife conservation.
You will be given exclusive behind the scenes access at the Hills Wildlife Sanctuary which is not open to the public, where you will see first-hand their dedication to wildlife conservation.
In natural outdoor settings, you will photograph the Sanctuary’s most endearing ambassadors like Marlin the Red-tailed Black cockatoo and the critically endangered Parma wallaby (plus more), whilst hearing about their unique (& incredible) background stories.
You will learn how to anticipate behaviour, capture charismatic portraits, be guided on how to photograph moving subjects in changeable natural lighting conditions and master how to make artistic depth of field & composition choices.
All class bookings financially support the Hills Wildlife Sanctuary in their mission to be a world class native wildlife rehabilitation & training facility as well as being a forever home for un-releasable wildlife and surrendered native pets.
